  2. Fill in the return form on your completed order page. You can also call us at (042) 374 98 126 to register a return request. Please be sure that you remember the order number, order date, item returned, and problem before calling to us.

  3. Be sure to save the packaging and pasting on the envelope before calling us. Also, make it assure that the Item is at the same level as received to you.

  4. Attach the return label that you received with your order to the top of the parcel (ensure that  delivery label is covered)

  5. Our Customer Center’s team members will launch your return request and give you a tracking number that is attached to your portal. You can view the request on your portal, also gives your estimated time and date, when the courier will pick the parcel from your home.
