Retail Solution’s foremost priority is customer satisfaction by keeping them aware of every instant. Our policy applies to all the orders placed within the country. All the return requests will be accepted within 15 days after delivery. Return requests received after over 15 days of delivery are not eligible for return. If the product is damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective, you can file a return request for the product.

For the selected categories, we accept the change in minds such as men’s care, baby care, health and beauty, women’s care, and shoe care.

For the products having expiry or after use issues, you can contact the customer care support team.

Return Conditions

We facilitate by giving the return service in case you receive a damaged product or not being under the customer’s specifications.

• The product must be returned unworn, unwashed, and complete with all the original tags and details. The packaging of the product should be unblemished.

• Bulk products near to expiry can also be returned. But if the product is expired, it cannot be returned.

• For selected categories, if the customer’s mind changes, no longer need the product, or does not like the product, then the product can be returned.

• If the delivered product is incorrect (the difference in the image's presentation on the website) or incomplete (any accessory is missing), then it can be returned.

• All the accessories included with the particular product are not returned or exchanged.

• If the product is customized according to your desire, then it is not returned.

• If the product gets damaged even a bit, or stained then the product cannot be returned.

• The seasonal products, like the 14th August event flags and other events, the items will not be returned.

How to Return or Exchange?

For exchange of the purchased item, email us at Our customer care support will get back to you within 24-48 working hours. You can return the order to our provided address. We do not accept the exchange of items that are not purchased through our app.

We provide the exchange facility on our Retail Solution website. Return the defective/damaged product within 15 days of delivery. The original receipt is required for the exchange of the purchased item for our convenience and your ease. If the customer does not like the product, then the return cost shall be paid by them. If the product is damaged or defective, then the company will pay the return shipping cost.

Refund Policy

· If the product is eligible for refund i.e. defective, damaged, or any accessory missing. A Refund policy is eligible for the consumers but not for the wholesalers, retailers, and institutions.

· The refund time depends on the location and the quantity of the purchased items.

· We do not entertain refunds on complimentary items/returning gifts.

Modes of Refund Payment

JazzCash / Easypaisa If you pay the return shipping cost, the company refunds the product amount and the return shipping cost to you through JazzCash or Easypaisa.

Bank Deposit We refund the amount back to your bank account. The provided bank details must be correct, and the account must be activated.

Refund Voucher Vouchers are sent to the customers that can be utilized in your next order.

Shipping Policy

· Retail Solution has an extensive distribution network in major cities (Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad) that ships all across Pakistan.

· The shipping charges depend on the area and the weight of the package. The delivery time varies for different areas.

· In the same city, the delivery will be in 1-2 days. Whereas, the delivery in cities at far distance will be done in 4-7 days.

· Shipping Charges will be applied to orders less than Rs. 5000. Whereas, the bulk order shipping charges will be paid by Retail Solution.
